About the job

Within this role you will be assisting with the running of the Outdoor Leisure and Christmas Department and the small team below you. You will be assisting the manager with the development of the team and deputising in their absence. Make sure that there is stock to put out and when putting it out, it's done correctly.

Ideal candidate

The ideal candidate will already have retail management experience but also possess a passion for fast-paced environments, or someone who is ready for their next step in their career. Someone who is comfortable working with a team below them as you will be required to get the best out of your team here to improve sales and profit. A forward-thinking person is ideal, giving ideas on how to further increase profit and sales.
