What we are looking for

We're working with a market-leading grower supplying top-quality produce to major retailers. They're looking for a strong leader who can empower teams, drive accountability, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Someone who can roll up their sleeves, get stuck in, and inspire those around them.

You'll be responsible for overseeing site operations, managing people, product quality, health and safety, and financial performance. Collaboration is key, you'll be working closely with growing, maintenance, commercial, and finance teams to ensure the smooth running of the site and to drive operational excellence.

We need someone who can empower the workforce. With you help providing guidance to key team members you can give them the autonomy and accountability to help lead the operation.

Key Experience Required

• Proven track record of leading and developing site teams.
• Background in food production, fresh produce, horticulture, or agriculture.
• Strong coaching and management skills.
• Knowledge of lean processes and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, hands-on approach.
