Farmhouse Living Meets a Great Career Opportunity

Are you ready to dig into a hands-on role where every day brings something new, all while enjoying a stunning countryside lifestyle? Our client is a long-established, family-run business looking for a passionate and motivated Nursery Manager to join their team.

Here's the deal:

This business covers 5 hectares of thriving glasshouse nurseries, supplying bedding plants to garden centres far and wide. You'll be working alongside the permanent team members and seasonal staff to grow the highest quality stock.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Organising and supervising production and dispatch-getting those plants out the door!
  • Coordinating incoming deliveries and keeping everything running like clockwork.
  • Rolling up your sleeves for general maintenance tasks.
  • Working closely with the partners to ensure operations flow smoothly.

What we're looking for:

  • Someone with experience managing nursery operations (bedding plants are a bonus!).
  • PA1, PA6, forklift, and 7.5-tonne licenses (or the willingness to get them).
  • A natural leader who knows how to keep a team motivated and efficient.
  • Flexibility to handle seasonal peaks with overtime and weekend shifts when needed.

What's in it for you?

  • A competitive salary based on your experience.
  • A beautiful 5-bedroom farmhouse on-site-live where you work and enjoy the ultimate work-life balance.
  • A family-run business where your voice matters and your hard work is truly appreciated.
  • The chance to develop your career in a hands-on, dynamic role.

Ready to take the next step in your career and make our nursery your new home?

Apply now and let's grow something amazing together!
