Job Title: Marketing Manager
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
Location: Walsall, West Midlands
Work Pattern: 4 days onsite / 1 day WFH (will be site based to start, then move to hybrid post-probation)

Day to Day Responsibilities:

Essential Criteria:

  • A proven marketer with experience in retail, lifestyle, or consumer-focused industries

  • Strong digital knowledge - from content creation and email strategy to PPC and SEO

  • Someone who thrives on managing multiple projects and wearing many hats

  • Excellent communicator, with an eye for engaging, high-quality content
