Work Pattern: 4 days onsite / 1 day WFH (will be site based to start, then move to hybrid post-probation)

Day to Day Responsibilities:

Analyse performance data to optimise campaigns and track ROI

Essential Criteria:
A proven marketer with experience in retail, lifestyle, or consumer-focused industries
Strong digital knowledge - from content creation and email strategy to PPC and SEO
Someone who thrives on managing multiple projects and wearing many hats
Excellent communicator, with an eye for engaging, high-quality content
