Maintenance Team Lead

We are currently recruiting for one of the UK's largest industrial chemical manufacturers, supplying multiple industries. Established for over 100 years, this multiple million-pound business are experiencing an exceptional period of growth and are looking to add a new Team lead!

The role is working days Monday to Friday and provides 25 days holiday (+ bank holidays). The company are happy to invest in their staff and will provide internal and external training where necessary.

The role's day to day will be,

• Liaising with the Maintenance manager
• Taking part in risk assessments
• Communicating which parts are required
• Working on breakdowns and PPMs

Hands on maintenance experience is necessary for the role as well as supervisor experience so you can hit the ground running. This could be on equipment such as pumps, pipework and gearboxes.

A hands on qualification is preferred such as a City & Guilds (Level 3), HNC or HND.
