As Key Account Support, you'll be the central point of contact for product support, contract and forecast management, and data-driven insights that enhance customer relationships. Working closely with key account managers, customer service, and supply chain teams, you'll help ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do:

• Analyse sales, profitability & customer trends
• Support key account managers with forecasting & reporting
• Manage contracts, tenders & product launches
• Collaborate with supply chain, marketing & customer service

What You'll Need:

• Experience in sales support, customer service, or similar
• Ideally experience in the fresh produce or food industry
• Strong Excel & analytical skills (SAP/Power BI a plus)
• Commercial mindset & proactive problem-solving

Salary: 35,000 - 41,000 Basic Salary

Hybrid working (2 days from home)
