• A recent graduate with a couple of years' experience within a Technical/Quality Department
• A current Internal Auditor or Quality Manager in the world of Meat who is looking for a company with endless progression opportunities!

Within this role you will report into the Technical Manager and provide a crucial aspect to our clients Technical Team by ensuring customer standards are met and compliance is maintained across site. You will complete this via Internal and External audits, GMP, Belt Integrity Checks, Preparing for BRC, and reporting any non-conformance to Production + Technical departments. A Pro-Active approach to the role will be key as you will also provide an insight into solutions to the non-conformances found during audits. You will have ownership of the non-conformance system and be responsible for following up on open non-conformances.

As mentioned above, the ideal candidate can vary between a recent graduate with willingness to learn, or a Lead Auditor/Quality Manager within Meat/Poultry who just wants to see a clear progression pathway in front of them!

Having said this; Completion of a Lead Auditor course; Knowledge of M&S standards; Level 3 HACCP + Food Safety are all desirable!
