Horticultural agronomy roles don't come about very often - this could be your chance to do the role you've always wanted to do.

You've probably spent several years working in a nursery and you're an expert at what you do. You love the technical side of growing and that's where you want your career to go.

There's a wealth of knowledge within the team meaning you'll get all the support you need to do a great job.

Your challenge

You get to spend your days with a wide variety of protected salad and ornamental growers.

You'll be crop walking to understand their current processes and frustrations, then get you to use your expert knowledge to advise on best practices and products for them to get the optimum results.

The role is all about relationship building and being the first-person growers think about when they need products and advice.

We're looking for someone who has their FACTS and/or BASIS, with a keen eye for the technical aspects of growing.

You'll have an already established set of contacts who love the brand, but as with any agronomy role, you'll be hungry to get new business and continue to spread your knowledge.

The team you'll be joining is a small team of 3, in a huge organisation that not only specialises in horticultural agronomy, but also arable, vegetable and seed.
