In this role, you'll be part of a small, passionate team focused on creating an exceptional experience for customers. They're looking for an avid horticulturalist to aid the manager in ensuring high standards of plant care, product quality, and customer satisfaction.

What you'd be doing?

As the Horticultural Supervisor, you'll take ownership of maintaining high standards of customer service, team performance, plant quality, and display upkeep. You'll help your manager maintain the plant area, with responsibilities including plant care, stock management, advising customers, and supporting the wider team. You will also step up to handle the manager's duties in their absence, ensuring the smooth operation of the department.

What they'd need from you?

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in horticulture, with solid plant knowledge and experience. You should be comfortable in a busy retail environment and have excellent leadership skills to the point where you have some experience or the capacity to step into a position of management. You will also need a keen eye for detail, with the ability to create and maintain beautiful plant displays.
