A financial support pension allowing you to feel at ease when it comes to retirement.
The Role
As a Health, Safety and Environmental Advisor, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the wellbeing of everyone at on site. You will build a relationship with everyone on site so your days will be varied and see new faces and familiar faces every day.
You will be helping to create a safe work environment, look after colleagues and continuously improving the workplace as they go through their journey of becoming a leading operation.
You'll be the go-to person for health, safety, and environmental compliance at the factory, delivering training on safe behaviours and best practices, and addressing any areas of concern. Additionally, you'll develop and maintain the current safety, health, and environmental management system, handling daily practices and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your contributions will be key to the commitment of a safe and healthy working environment.

- You will have a proven track record and hands-on experience in a Health and Safety role either within food manufacturing, FMCG, or similar industries is a big plus.
- Knowledge of Food Safety and Hygiene procedures would be an additional bonus
