We all know that peat free within the horticulture industry is a huge challenge. This business is playing their part in supporting the industry, and they need you to do this.

Over the last 5 years they have increased production volume by 150%, meaning you've got plenty to get stuck into.

They've had their record ever year and have no plans of standing still.

What's the Job?

This role will see you spending time at their 3 different sites, with a quality manager at each site reporting into you.

You'll be looking at cost vs. budget, stock management of materials and managing finished goods.

You'll work closely with the R&D teams to ensure the product is the best it can be, as well as understanding current processes and driving best practices.

What do I need?

You'll have worked in horticulture or manufacturing and won't be phased by the large-scale operation their running.

Numbers won't phase you; you'll be able to analyse data and find trends to help benefit production.
