What's the Job?

Reporting to the grower manager, you'll be focusing on growing ornamental crops to the best quality possible.

You'll be monitoring and controlling the environmental conditions of the crops, as well as managing irrigation, husbandry and pest and disease monitoring.

You'll be working in a small team, so there are people around you to learn from, and what's better than seeing your hard work on the Garden Centre shelves?

As your confidence grows, so will your responsibility.

What do I need?

There is training for the right person, but we're looking for someone with a qualification in horticulture and an understanding of how a commercial, large-scale nursery works.

You will be keen to work in Horticulture and have a real enthusiasm to learn and develop.

This well-known business has been going for over 50 years and is part of a larger, successful group.
