You'll have the chance to embrace the challenge and make a real impact in the world of soft fruit growing!

What You'll Be Doing:

You'll be taking care of strawberries to ensure this company gets the best yield and quality.

Performing daily plant TLC, handling tasks like watering and managing the greenhouse climate.

Regularly inspecting crops for pests and diseases, and managing biological controls.

Planning and performing essential crop management tasks, including setting spray schedules and checking fruit quality during harvest.

Collaborating with the growing team and helping out with general maintenance and site cleanliness.

About you:

Previous experience in commercial greenhouse growing, especially with soft fruits, is a big plus.

Confidence in making day-to-day growing decisions and a keen eye for detail are crucial.

You should be comfortable using computers, able to work both independently and as part of a team and willing to work weekends as needed.
