What's the job?

This will see you report and work closely with the directors who have a wealth of knowledge. In the coming years there is also potential progression for you to step up into a director role too.

You'll be responsible for leading and motivating the team, giving them direction and training to help develop them further.

You'll be responsible for delivering excellent results and helping drive the centre forwards to achieve targets.

Developing an excellent customer experience is a must too, you need to be committed to making the shopping experience as memorable as possible.

What do I need?

You'll need to have a background in Garden Centre Management and Horticulture.

High energy levels, communication and people management will come naturally to you.

You must be driven and passionate to make something your own all while upholding the high standards that the centre already has.
