What will I be doing?

In this role you'll oversee and drive the performance of our clients fashion departments across the South West.

Leading and mentoring your store teams will be essential as you inspire and guide them to achieve their full potential. Additionally, you will manage costs to ensure stores are profitable and stay within budget.

You'll be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing your team, ensuring strong succession planning to meet business objectives.

Regular travel across your region to engage with your teams will be required, including occasional overnight stays. Your role will also involve introducing innovative merchandising solutions to enhance the customer experience and drive sales, while maintaining strong communication within your area and collaborating with fellow Regional Managers.

What do I need?

You'll need to have 2-5 years of experience in regional retail management, with a proven track record of success.

You should bring a creative and entrepreneurial spirit to the table, with a knack for innovative retail solutions. Your ability to quickly identify and act on sales opportunities will be crucial, as will your meticulous attention to detail in product placement, standards, and visual presentation.

Strong leadership skills are a must, as you'll need to inspire and mentor your teams, providing clear direction and motivation. Excellent communication and people management skills are essential, and a positive, resilient attitude will help you lead your team through challenges and change.

Finally, flexibility is key-you must be willing to travel frequently and stay overnight when necessary.
