The owner of this well-established business needs to take a step away from the day-to-day farming and focus on the bigger picture, but he can't do that without someone capable to take over.

They grow on ~500Ha of mainly outdoor land across the beautiful Co. Meath. Specialising in baby leaf, wholehead, herbs and microgreens, they supply to food service and are proud to be Irelands largest baby lead grower.

As well as having a busy farming unit, they have their own packhouse and in the quieter months, they import from Spain to provide quality produce 52 weeks of the year.

In this role, you'll see yourself managing a team of 20 workers across multiple sites. You'll be managing everything from planting through to harvest, and with the support of the owner who is always around, you'll have someone great to learn from.

All their agronomy is done in house, so FACTS and BASIS would be beneficial as you can then support in this.

The business are planning to expand their production over the next few years, so you'll be able to watch this role develop as you get stuck in!
