The Role:

• Leading a team of engineers to maintain and optimise production machinery.
• Ensuring safety, quality, and food standards are met across the site.
• Driving continuous improvement to enhance production efficiency.
• Managing planned and reactive maintenance to minimise downtime.
• Supporting training and development of the engineering team.

What We're Looking For:

• A strong leader with a can-do attitude and a passion for problem-solving.
• Engineering experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively, drive improvements, and support business goals.
