Title: Digital Marketing Executive (Maternity Cover)
Salary: £35,000
Location: Stamford - Onsite

ROLE BRIEF:

  • This role will help drive the success of Digital Marketing Intitiatives across multiple channels.
  • Creating and executing a stratrgi content plan, managing paid media and leveraging platforms like HubSpot, Wordpress and Bynder to promote online presence and content distribution. Ultimately driving sales growth!
  • The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in digital marketing, content development and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy and Planning:

  • Shape a dynamic, multi-channel digital content strategy that aligns closely with business objectives, target audiences, customer needs, and our brand vision.
  • Develop and manage content calendars in collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure the effective planning, development, and execution of digital collateral and communication tools.
  • Support the development and delivery of impactful digital campaigns for product promotion, coordinating closely with our creative and communication teams.

Web and Digital Marketing:

  • Partner with our corporate web team to ensure accurate positioning and representation of core products and services on our global and regional websites.
  • Manage digital campaign workflows using platforms like HubSpot, ensuring timely execution and optimization of digital initiatives.
  • Optimize content for SEO best practices to maximize online visibility of products and services.
  • Coordinate the consistent digital presence of commercially-related content across corporate social media channels in collaboration with our social and digital teams.

Global Paid Media:

  • Oversee the delivery of global media articles and ad placements in collaboration with our media team, copywriters, and the relevant technical support.
  • Collaborate with senior marketing leads to create and execute engaging digital media campaigns supporting key products and services.

Internal Communications:

  • Source, prepare, and coordinate the delivery of engaging monthly newsletters that effectively communicate key updates, initiatives, and achievements across the group.
  • Oversee the organization and management of core technology assets within our digital asset management (DAM) system, ensuring streamlined access and distribution to support our teams globally.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Foster strong working relationships across key marketing, digital, and technical functions, as well as regional teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
  • Actively participate in creative planning sessions to contribute to a robust digital marketing approach.
  • Support both online and offline marketing activities outside of the Core Technology Group, including events and tradeshows where necessary.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • A proven track record in Digital Marketing and campaign management
  • A creative thinker, who's ambitious and wanting to develop their career
  • Ideally exp. of managing paid media
  • Strong knowledge of popular digital channels and content management tools - HubSpot, WordPress, Bynder
