Are you an experienced Technologist working within food or fresh produce ? If so, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Serve as the primary technical contact for a customer account.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct routine analysis and provide KPI reports.
  • Product Improvement: Monitor and enhance product and process performance using QMS data.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure accurate customer specifications and participate in grower visits.
  • Project Participation: Contribute to projects and meet deadlines.
  • Documentation: Assist in technical document creation and KPI reporting.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with Technical Managers, Commercial teams, and NPD.

The Ideal Candidate

  • For this role, you could be a Senior QA or a Product Manager within a food or fresh produce business. You will have a proven track record of driving quality standards forward and improving processes within a business. You will build good working relationships internal and externally within the business.
