What can I expect?

What do I need?

You'll ideally have some experience working in the food industry and an interest in pursuing a more commercially focussed role. Your drive, determination and resilience will be characteristics that people recognise you for and that will set you in good stead for success as you work towards becoming an Account Manager in time.

Tell me more about the job

Working closely with the rest of the commercial team, you'll be learning the fundamentals of account management from the ground up. Shadowing the commercial managers, visiting retail customers and getting under the skin of how commercial food production works. This role will give you the foundations for a successful long-term career in the industry and there's lots of scope to achieve those first few promotions within this growing business!
