I'm working on an exciting opportunity with a well established plant breeding company.

You'll spend the first year or so working with top names in the industry, shadowing different departments to really understand the integral work they contribute to the wider business.

You will be involved with an array of work, with development opportunities and early career support.

This includes supporting the Sales Manager on relationship and deals with merchants and customers, assisting in execution of sales, purchasing and stock management and supporting the product manager in delivering variety plans and life cycles.

You'll keep up to date with the agricultural market, keeping your team and the wider customer base informed with market movements and relevant updates.

You'll be involved in the businesses marketing and social media presence and have opportunity to travel within the UK and Europe.

There will also be opportunities to attend and host a variety of events throughout the year.

Once you've completed your rotation through the departments, there is ample opportunity to progress throughout the company and build your career.
