What will I be doing?

In this role, you'll be working with my client's Rural Professional team, tackling a variety of interesting projects and developing your own specialisms along the way. Whether it's valuations for banks and private clients, navigating planning applications for agricultural or residential projects, or offering professional advice to rural clients, you'll have plenty to keep you engaged. You'll also be involved in landlord and tenant matters, countryside stewardship schemes, and compensation claims. It's a fantastic opportunity to build your own client base while contributing to the growth of the office.

What do I need?

We're looking for someone who's MRICS qualified, a registered valuer, and has at least one year of post-qualification experience. A full UK driving licence is also essential. If you're a member of the CAAV, that's a bonus-but don't worry if you're not, there's support for further development.

Who for?

My client is a respected rural property consultancy with a reputation for professional growth and supporting their team. You'll be joining a company that offers variety, progression, and the chance to really make your mark in your field.

What's next?

Ready to make the leap? My client is keen to find the right person as soon as possible, but they're flexible for the perfect candidate. Here's what they're offering:

  • A competitive salary and car allowance.

  • A generous commission structure.

  • 30 days of holiday per year (including bank holidays), with additional days rewarded for long service.

  • Contributions towards professional development and subscriptions.

Please reach out to me, Max Johnson, to find out more. I'm on 01780 480530, max@morepeople.co.uk or via LinkedIn. Don't worry if your CV isn't up to date, just send me what you've got and we can go from there!
