Buying Support Specialist - Horticultural

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team in a full-time, flexible role for a household name.

You will be an important cog in the buying team of a leading Garden Centre Group.

Ready to put your experience to use?

You will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring a constant flow of plants to garden centres and adapting stock levels to current trading conditions.
  • Maintaining precise product and range information within each plant category.
  • Supporting the development of new product ranges and centres.
  • Assisting with plant invoice authorisations to ensure timely processing.
  • Regularly conducting market research to ensure products align with the latest trends and producing and analysing reports to improve growth opportunities.

What you'll need:

  • Proficiency in Excel and strong data analysis skills.
  • Strong attention to detail for documentation and data entry in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in the Garden Centre Industry and knowledge of plants.
