Are you passionate about fruit production and eager for a new challenge

We're seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Irrigation Manager to contribute to the growth of over 500 tonnes of raspberries and blueberries annually!

If you're excited to join a dynamic team and immerse yourself in the world of berry production, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing:

You'll be supporting all aspects of raspberry and blueberry irrigation.

This means monitoring fertigation programs, climate control and general glasshouse maintenance.

You'll assist the Irrigation Manager in overseeing daily logistics and installing and maintaining irrigation equipment.

Performing regular water tests and implementing your experience in irrigation is all part of the day-to-day in this role.

About You:

Experience in soft fruit production is essential for this role.

You'll be a confident independent worker with a willingness to learn and strong organizational and planning skills. You'll also have a natural affinity for people management and innovative thinking.

With this one, knowledge of Russian or Bulgarian would be a bonus, but it isn't essential.

Tell Me More:

This is an opportunity to work with a well-established, family-run business that keeps sustainability and bio-diversity as their key priorities.

You'll have professional training to help you grow and develop your career and be a part of a company that values your contributions and supports your professional growth.
