£35k - £45k + Benefits
Are you ready to take the next step in your farming career?
Looking to be more hands-on with a close-knit team and play a vital role in a thriving agricultural business?
This could be the perfect opportunity for you.

You'll be based in Shropshire, working closely with the Harvesting Manager and reporting directly to the Senior Management Team. Your main responsibilities will include:
Managing day-to-day farm operations, from drilling and seeding to harvesting.
Leading a small team of farm operatives, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
Overseeing machinery maintenance and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Managing budgeting, cost control, and the recruitment and training of new staff.
What do I need?
You'll have a strong background in farming, ideally with experience in field vegetables like carrots or parsnips, though we're open to those with experience in other crops. You should be a natural leader, capable of managing and motivating a team. This role requires hands-on work, so you should be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Solid farming experience, particularly in fresh produce.
Leadership and team management skills.
A full UK driving licence.
Basic IT skills for managing farm paperwork and purchase orders.
