Love the idea of agronomy, but had the idea of sales?

Thought about an in-house agronomy role but never had the chance?

They need someone because the last guy got promoted, so this might not only be your next role, but the one after that too.

Imagine getting to spend your days working with a passionate farmer and business owner, crop walking, continuously learning and then getting to see your hard work feeding the nation.

Sounds good, right?

What's the job?
You'll spend your time learning from the business owner, and working closely with him to ensure the best quality produce is being grown.

It'll be a busy role, covering 300Ha of outdoor production, and another 3Ha of indoor production. You'll play a key part in growing laby leaf, lettuce, herbs and more…

You will be giving instruction on fertiliser and pesticides, but you don't have to sell it! You'll work with the farming team to make sure plans are followed.

What do I need?
Fresh produce experience. This might have come from working on a farm growing the same produce, or trials, or another agronomy role. Either way, get in touch.

If you have your FACTS and BASIS already that's great. You'll hit the ground running and have a salary to reflect this.

If not, that's ok too. They can put you through your qualifications and help you get up to speed.
