Our client have an aim to genuinely help professional growers with innovative and sustainable plant growing solutions to feed and beautify the world.
What's the job?
Maintaining relations with existing and potential clients to achieve the highest possible turnover within the designated sales territory.
Visiting current and prospective clients regularly, understanding their needs, and offering the best possible solutions.
Transitioning from traditional portfolio sales to a solution-oriented sales approach.
Participating in cross-functional projects to find the best product solutions for customers.
Providing input on the yearly budget process and working according to regional sales plans.
Offering good after-sales support and service to clients.
Tracking market trends and developments among the competition.
Drawing up quotations and providing clients with information concerning payment and delivery terms.
Expanding the client base and pool of contacts using creative and persuasive means.
What you'll need?
- Professional qualification in Horticulture/Agriculture.
- Exposure to sales within the Horticulture/Agriculture sector.
- Proficiency in MS-Office 365 and experience with ERP and CRM software.
- Strong communication skills and self-driven personality.
