Richard began his recruitment career in Stamford in 2005 where he learned his trade in fresh produce and food. He has since worked in recruitment in managerial roles in the UK and internationally – both in and out of the food industry. Having led teams and worked extensively in both permanent and interim recruitment, Richard brings a wealth of talent, credibility and expertise to the MorePeople team and runs the day-to-day management of the team.

Despite being the original Stamfordian, Richard spent five years working and living in Hong Kong. Highlights of those years include having his two eldest children in HK, getting married and entertaining Big Ron Atkinson at a dinner!
