The Challenge
To help a nationwide supplier of Fresh Produce recruit some senior level staff to help drive their growth project forward, I was tasked to bring in a new Number 1 in Finance to drive processes and strategies.
Our Approach
We went searching in an area of the UK that isn’t overly populated with active candidates. Using our database and market knowledge we were able to locate a shortlist of strong candidates that we presented to the client.
