The Challenge
Navara Oat Milling are dedicated oat millers focused on growing, sourcing and milling the best quality British oats in a sustainable way. Navara is a joint venture between two experienced partners in the UK grain supply chain - namely Camgrain, and Frontier Agriculture. Their relationships with farmers and customers enable them to offer support, advice and leadership in all elements of agronomy and the delivery of a high-quality product range. With previous success in placing within Operations and Technical, they were looking to expand their IT team by recruiting a brand-new Business Process Analyst.
Our Approach
Working with Navara was about finding that person who could step into a newly created role and help drive the team to reach the long-term goals as a business. After taking a detailed brief and meeting them in person too, I was able to get a real understanding of what they were looking for in a candidate for the long term. We began utilising the network we have built over the years and whilst I was met with various challenges; the ongoing collaboration and feedback meant I was able to continue moving forwards resulting in a successful placement with a fantastic candidate, who so far has had an amazing first couple of weeks!
