The Challenge
MM Flowers supplies fresh cut flowers and bouquets to the U.K.’s and Europe’s leading flower retailers with a fantastic array of flowers that are procured from all around the world. They have consistently grown in the last few years and recently invested in a new site for MM Flowers in Alconbury.
MM flowers were looking to recruit for a technical position within their team.
The Approach
Having taken a detailed brief from the Recruitment Manager which was abundantly helpful in understanding the challenges of the role, the experience that is required as well as understanding the type of personality that would be the right culture fit for the business.
Following on from this, a search was conducted utilising the extensive network that we have.
Due to the detailed nature of the brief taken from Michelle, the search that was conducted allowed me to pinpoint top-quality candidates.
Throughout the whole process I was transparent and responsive with both candidate and client to ensure honesty and keep the process moving as smoothly and efficiently as possible for both parties.
After a 2-stage interview process, the position was offered and accepted.
