The Challenge
Longacres is an independently run company who have six centres across a number of counties. They are most famously known for their store at Bagshot, which is the UK's largest Garden Centre, each department is like its own mini shop.
Longacres are constantly looking forward on how they can grow, this is something we are extremely pleased with being given the chance to help them with across all sites.
Our Approach
For this site we utilised our current network of Garden Centre professionals who would fit Longacres culture and fit in with the team not only in this centre, but across the company. We provided them with a shortlist of candidates who each offered different skills, leading to a placement of a Garden Centre Manager who has settled in very well.
