The Challenge
LettUs Grow supply world leading aeroponic solutions to a variety of customers, from hospitals to commercial growers. The business needed a commercial leader that understood the challenges that the customers were facing as well as the technical advantages that Lettus Grow could offer.
Our Approach
We utilised our network to reach out to candidates that we felt had the necessary experience and skills to add value to the commercial function at LettUs Grow. Thankfully, we had existing relationships with a number of candidates that had the right background and were quickly able to deliver a short list to the LettUs Grow team. Whilst they had been struggling to find the person they needed, we were able to deliver options to them utilising the passive candidate market.
