Our Approach
When recruiting in Vertical Farms, it can be difficult to find people with the right skillset as it’s still reasonably new to the UK, so we worked together to find the ideal transferable skills at the right attitude to match. It can sometimes be challenging to find a larger talent pool in areas by the coast, but people are excited about working with brand new innovative equipment with a company that is pioneering farming which has enabled us to successfully fill seven vacancies in 2023!
