After a successful prior placement, Camgrain approached us to assist with a replacement NED. The brief was to find someone with an in-depth understanding of
Agriculture but with an established career in the Food Manufacturing Industry as the requirement was an individual with experience further up the food supply chain.
Our Approach
Using our retained search model, we mapped out our extensive database, the use of adverts and our wider networks initiating conversations and identifying potential candidates we believed would be interested, creating and presenting a shortlist of strong candidates to Camgrain.
