The Challenge
Blue Skies are passionate about fruit and for over 20 years have taken fruit fresh from harvest and produce dairy free ice-cream, freshly squeezed juice and fresh cut fruit. They needed us to find a Product Developer to join their NPD team. They needed someone who was passionate about their products and culture to support the development and growth with their customer base and embrace a hands-on approach from concept to launch.
Our Approach
We began the process by taking a clear brief from Mark Crawford and openly discussing the skills but also character of an ideal candidate. Following this we utilised our network and were able to produce a range of suitable candidates that fitted the brief, and who we felt matched the role but as importantly the culture and ethos of Blue Skies. This resulted in securing a permanent placement for the role.
