Banham Poultry supply their customers with only the very finest quality chicken products.
As a company, they operate primarily in the fresh retail sector but still maintain their traditional links to the wholesale and export markets. In an ever-changing market place they are constantly updating their manufacturing process to maintain their reputation as market leaders in both quality and service.
Banham Poultry were looking to recruit for 2 positions within the Technical Team.
Our Approach
A detailed brief was taken from Steve, the Head of Technical which included a clear understanding of the current challenges, the product experience needed, the leadership style required and the personality type to fit in with the culture of the business.
I conducted a thorough search, utilising my extensive network whilst also interviewing passive / referred candidates. I then conducted informal references on the shortlisted candidates and presented these to Steve, highlighting how the candidates matched the detailed brief taken at the start.
After a 2 stage interview process both positions were offered and accepted. Throughout the process I was transparent with Steve and all candidates with positive feedback, timelines and decisions.
