The Challenge
Albert Bartlett is a household name in the fresh produce world and work closely with a range of UK retailers. They needed us to find them a new HR Manager to assist and support the current HR & HSE Manager. They needed someone who could help grow and mould the employee relations side of their business, as well as wider HR responsibilities.
The Approach
We began the process by visiting their Boston site and gaining a feel for the environment and ensuring we understood their needs. Following this we utilised our network and was able to produce a range of suitable candidates that fitted the brief, and who we felt suited the team over at Boston well. This resulted in securing a permanent placement for the role.
