The Challenge
Blue Diamond Group is one of the UK’s largest Garden Centre Groups, with over 40 centres throughout the UK and in the Channel Islands and continuously growing. Their centres are widely regarded as some of the best in the country and they have won many retail and restaurant awards. Blue Diamond were looking to build a back-office support team at one of their sites, they needed someone that would be happy to be the first people/ team on site in Oxfordshire, they were looking for someone that was looking for a new challenge and would enjoy a really busy working environment. I have supported them with finding the right talent with the right attitude and transferable skills.
The Approach
After utilising our existing database and network, as well as searching the market for new talent, we scheduled Teams calls to go through potential candidates to make the process as easy as possible.
