1. Describe your job in three words: Fast, ever-changing, interesting
2. What’s the coolest thing you’re working on right now? General Manager/Operations Director in the Fresh Produce sector
3. Which famous person would you love to meet? Johnny Wilkinson – Got close to doing a training session with him once, but he pulled out the day before…..devastated
4. Favourite drink? Depending on what time of the year – Guinness or Gin & Tonic
5. Best holiday destination so far? Went to Santorini in the summer, and the food was unreal! Marrakesh is a very close second though (again….some of the food was incredible!)
6. What are you currently reading? The Making of a Leader – Thomas Young
7. Current favourite song? Sweater Weather – Myles Smith
8. If you weren’t a recruiter, what would you be? Sports Therapist/Rehabilitator or a Coffee Shop owner
9. If you had to watch only one TV show over and over forever, which one would it be? NCIS – I have the box set.
10. What’s your biggest claim to fame? I have played on Sky Sports, 3 times, one of which was for the Championship XV against Canada
11. Where were you born? Boston, Lincolnshire
12. What’s your proudest moment? Playing for England Counties against Romania and Georgia and getting to sing the National Anthem (childhood dream)
13. Dogs or Cats? Dogs
14. Which football team do you support? Liverpool
15. What skill do you wish you possess? Playing any musical instrument, probably a guitar.
16. What’s your guilty pleasure? Eating Sausage rolls and Pork Pies (If you know you know…..but I do have a sausage roll matrix)
17. What did you want to be when you were a kid? Professional sports person
18. What three things are you taking to a deserted island? Matches, Snorkelling gear & a dog
19. Do you have any phobias? Not particularly fond of Spiders, but can’t say it is a Phobia.
20. Where are you next going on holiday? Not sure about a holiday abroad, but probably the Lake District.
21. What’s your least favourite household chore? Washing up – Happy to dry up, but just don’t like having to wash it up first.

23. What do you love most about your sector? The industry/sector is so big that the opportunities to work with so many different businesses/product categories and People are endless.
24. Who inspires you? My Mum and Dad – They have worked hard their entire lives and have trusted that a hard work ethic will allow you to succeed (whatever you perceive success to be!)
25. What is the worst job you ever had? I would say I am very fortunate, but I wouldn’t say I have had a bad job.
